> OVERVIEW

You can request deletion of your Lead Scanner account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what we store and exactly how to have it permanently removed. This applies to every account, whether you signed up with an email and password, Google, or Facebook.

> WHAT_WE_STORE

For each account we store:

> Your email address
> A bcrypt-hashed password (email sign-ups only — never plaintext)
> Your Google or Facebook account ID (social sign-ins only — used to log you in)
> Usage data: subscription tier, lead/scan counts, and reset dates
> Your Stripe customer ID (paid plans only)
> Any saved clients you added to your client portal
> A log of your search queries (category, location, result count)

We do not store the actual leads or search results you generate — those are returned directly to your browser.

> HOW_TO_DELETE_YOUR_DATA

Step 1. Send a deletion request one of two ways, from or naming the email address on your account so we can verify it's you:

> Email artem.nebel07@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or
> Use the contact page with the subject "Delete my account".

Step 2. We verify the request and permanently delete your account and everything tied to it from our database — usually within a few days, and no later than 30 days. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

> WHAT_GETS_DELETED

A deletion request removes all of the following, permanently and irreversibly:

> Your account record (email, hashed password, Google/Facebook link)
> All usage and subscription records
> Every saved client in your client portal
> Your entire search history

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first (or ask us to), since deletion removes the link to your Stripe billing record. Payment records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

> FACEBOOK_LOGIN_USERS

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also revoke Lead Scanner's access from Facebook directly: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Lead Scanner. Revoking access stops future logins but does not delete data we already hold — to erase that, follow the deletion steps above.
