Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lead Scanner ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Lead Scanner queries the Google Maps API in real time to surface local businesses that lack a website. Results are provided for informational and prospecting purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned by Google.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages to businesses
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying API calls
• Use automated scripts to exceed the rate limits of your subscription tier
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the lead data

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments and Plans

Lead Scanner is pay-per-lead. One-time lead packs are a single charge for a fixed number of leads that never expire. Monthly subscription plans (Agency and Agency Plus) grant a set number of leads each billing period, with unused leads rolling over for a limited number of months; subscriptions are billed recurringly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and remains in effect through the end of the current billing period. One-time lead pack purchases are not recurring and require no cancellation.

Refunds: If something isn't right, use the contact page and we'll make it right.

Legacy subscriptions: If you previously held a different paid subscription, you can manage or cancel it anytime from the dashboard.

5. Free Demo

A limited, unauthenticated demo scan is available on the homepage without creating an account or providing payment details. The number of demo scans permitted per visitor is limited and subject to change. Beyond the demo, an account and a lead purchase are required to scan. We reserve the right to apply reasonable anti-abuse rate limits to keep the service available to everyone.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Maps, Stripe) and may be unavailable during outages of those services. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lead Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for how you use the lead data, outcomes of your outreach, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or present a security risk, without prior notice in severe cases. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
