Terms of Service - Lead Scanner

> 1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using Lead Scanner ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

> 2. WHAT_THE_SERVICE_DOES

Lead Scanner queries the Google Maps API in real time to surface local businesses that lack a website. Results are provided for informational and prospecting purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned by Google.

> 3. ACCEPTABLE_USE

You agree not to:

Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages to businesses
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying API calls
Use automated scripts to exceed the rate limits of your subscription tier
Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the lead data

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

> 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS_AND_BILLING

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month. Lead quotas reset at the start of each billing period.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment if you are unsatisfied. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, use the contact page within the refund window.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

> 5. FREE_TIER

The free tier provides 25 leads per month at no cost. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.

> 6. SERVICE_AVAILABILITY

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Maps, Stripe) and may be unavailable during outages of those services. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

> 7. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

Lead Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for how you use the lead data, outcomes of your outreach, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

> 8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or present a security risk, without prior notice in severe cases. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

> 9. CHANGES_TO_TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
